Assists the core leadership team in effective organization, planning, and communication to ensure clarity and organized planning that supports the vision of the media department. Creates clear communication and organization throughout the team.

Raises up a creative department of designers and creators who are passionate about bringing the presence of God into their design and creative works. Taps into the creativity of God and the advancement of technology to create an immersive experience at church through design and content creation. Expresses the creativity of God through design and aesthetics for the brand of the church.

Establishes a life-flowing and passionate team that loves serving and being a part of what God is doing in the media team. Creates unity, excitement, and passion in the department through creativity. Creates core memory experiences and activities that the team looks forward to. Creates an environment people will love to be a part of and continue to grow in. Helps to develop strategies to recruit and cause growth in the team.

Develops a production team that serves with excellence and a passion for God. Promotes team spirit among the various departments during the operation of the events. Leads the team not just to serve in their positions but to bring God into how they serve and work together.

Develops a core technical team that is able to build and troubleshoot aspects of the production department. Trains the production department on the correct use of equipment and expectation for effective team production. Establishes effective digital curriculum for sustainable training. Promotes stewardship and the right attitude for the proper use of media equipment.

Raises a team of creative photographers who are growing in their skills and capturing the vision and DNA of the brand in their photos using the latest techniques and technology to showcase the brand. Develops the artistic style of the brand through photography. Establishes momentum, growth, and passion in the photography department.

Creates immersive worship experiences through lighting design that compliments the move of the Holy Spirit in the meeting and production shoots. Develops a passionate Lighting Department that is skilled in knowledge and operations of lighting equipment and maintenance.
